What is your "WHY?"
you need to have a clear why? before starting any thing important in life .This applies to every thing including competitive exams , you may start early as 10th or 8th standard but without a why? you will definitely be lost at the end
"Happiness is a fucking choice"
Don't give yourself Bullshit like you will be only happy once you get into an IIT or AIIMS, Just Don't because it will eat you out in the long run
How to actually build a routine that lasts
Your entire life doesn't revolve around your studies , Studies is just a part of your life
- Diet
- sleep
- workout
These are the main things that will keep you high in you productivity every day , These things don't actually get fixed in a day it takes time and like time it compounds
- Mental health is one of the core pillars of your successful Competitive exam journey .Be sure to keep it polished at all times (Meditation really works)
- Fix your study hours and just study at that time. For your own sake set a realistic goal like 6-8 hours per day . you may be starting out only 45 min a day that's fine just increase 15 min daily and you will reach your goal within couple of weeks . Lasting changes are made slowly over a period of time
- Incorporate Hobbies into you schedule like reading a book (Not study oriented ) or just playing a match of football , anything works
- Fix your resources like Books , teachers etc. Don't try to solve multiple books only rely on a single book for any specific topic when you are starting out . Entropy creates chaos
- Talk to your parents . I know may of you may like to shut yourself out from the rest of the world when you are preparing for a competitive exam but talking to parents while you are stressed really helps .It gives you that push again and again to work harder
- Just don't compare yourself with other . it should be always you vs you .Be a better version of yourself day by day
